Kambing Merica
lamb in a green pepper sauce

500 gr lamb filet
250 ml santen (coconut milk)
1 shallot
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp palmsugar
2 tbsp green pepper corns
1/4 tsp grounded green pepper
1 sprig mint
1 sprig kemangi
1 tsp asem
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin slices and the shalot in thin rings. Chop the garlic fine. Slice the mint leaves and the kemangi leaves very fine.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallot and the garlic for 3 minutes. Add the meat and fry it golden bronw. Then add the santen, the peppercorns, the mint, the kemangi and the asem and when the sauce has thickened add the salt, the plamsugar and the grounde pepper and serve.
