roasted lambchops

8 lambchops
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cm ginger
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp asem / tamarinde
2 tbsp water

Cara membuat:
Pound the garlic, the salt, the ginger, the pepper, the asem and the water into a marinade. Marinade the chops for at leat 2 hours. Roast the chops on a charcoalfire for 20 minutes until brown and done.
