Semur Iga Kambing Lada Hitam
lamb chops in black pepper sauce

750 gr lamb chops
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion
1 cm jahe
1000 ml of water
6 tbsp kecap manis
2 red lomboks
4 tbsp oil

Bahan sauce:
ingredients marinade:
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Cara Membuat:
Chop the garlic and the jahe finely. Cut the onion and the lomboks into thin strips. Mix the marinade ingredients and marinate the lamb chops for at least 1 hour.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, the onion and the jahe for 2 minutes. Then add the lamb chops with the marinade and fry them until the liquid has evaporated. Then add the water and the kecap and cook it slowly until done. Then add the lomboks and cook until soft. Serve.
