Satai Buntel Daging Kambing
sate of lamb with sambal kecap

200 gr lamb or goat
2 tbsp kecap manis
satay skewers

5 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
2 kemiri nuts
1 tbsp ketumbar
2 cm jahe
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar

Sambal kecap:
5 tbsp kecap manis
8 red rawits
2 green tomatoes
1 lime, juice

Cara membuat:
Finely chop the meat. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Mix this with the meat and divide it into 10 portions. Form some oval flat balls.
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the balls. Thread the balls on the sticks and fry them further until done and baste regularly with the kecap. Serve the satai with the sambal kecap.

sambal kecap:
Cut the rawits into thin slices and the tomatoes into small pieces. Mix all ingredients well.
