Satay Kambing Sauce Kecap

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr lamb / goat
100 gr beef fat
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp oil
2 tbsp water
14 satay skewers

Haluskan:
bumbu:
1 tbsp ketumbar
1 tsp salt
50 gr palm sugar

Bahan sambal kecap:
ingredients:
6 tbsp kecap manis
4 shallots
8 green rawits

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into cubes of 2x2x1 cm. Cut the fat into cubes of 2x2x1cm. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the shallots and rawits into thin slices.
Mix the meat with the fat, the bumbu, the kecap and the oil. Then mix in the water and let it marinate for at least 60 minutes.
Thread the meat and the fat alternate onto the satay skewers. Roast the meat over a charcoal until brown and done. Baste it regularly with the marinade.
Serve the satay with the sambal.

Sambal:
mix all ingredients well.
