sate of minced lamb

Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
350 g minced lamb
1 1/2 tbsp of asam water
50 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
50 gr lamb fat
4 tbsp kecap manis
13 skewers

Haluskan:
Bumbu:
6 shallots
3 cm laos
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tbsp of salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp jinten
2 tsp ketumbar
1 cm jahe
2 sereh / lemongrass (white portion)

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix this with the minced meat, the asam water, the coconutmilk, the lamb fat and the kecap into a homogeneous mass. Divide the mass into small portions and put it on the skewers. Roast the sate slowly above a charcoalfire until golden brown and done.
