Tahu Berontak
Stuffed tahu/tofu

1 block tahu/tofu
100 gr beansprouts
1 carrot
1 tsp red bell pepper powder
4 cloves garlic
1 spring onions
salt and pepper to taste

bahan-bahan kulit:
ingredients batter
50 gr flour
2 tbsp rice flour
50 ml water
salt to taste

Cara membuat:
Cut the tahu into thick slices. Slice the garlic, the spring onions and the carrot fine. Heat in a pan 3 tbsp of oil and fry the garlic and the onions for 1 minute. Then add the beansprouts, the carrot, the salt and the pepper and fry it slowly until it turns soft. Let it cool down.
Mix the ingredients for the batter well. Put some of the mixture between two slices of tahu and put it through the batter. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the tahu golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and serve.
