spicy lamb
Bahan-bahan;
ingredients:
250 gr lamb or goat
2 tbsp petis udang (shrimppaste)
2 tomatoes
2 tbps sweet dark soy sauce (kecap manis)
3 tbsp oil
water
Halsukan:
bumbu:
7 shalots
5 cloves garlic
5 red rawits (chilies)
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:

Pound the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the petis with the bumbu. Cut the meat in small cubes and mix it with the bumbu. Slice the tomatoes thin add the kecap and mix it with the meat mixture. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat mixture for 5 minutes. Then add water so it covers the meat and let it simmer until the meat is done.
