spicy lamb fillets

350 gr lamb fillet
200 ml water
2 tomatoes
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp petis udang
2 red lomboks

5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp peppercorns
2 cm jahe (ginger) 
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palmsugar

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the meat into thin slices. Slice the lomboks fine and chp the tomatoes fine.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the paste for 3 minutes. Ten add the tomatoes and the meat and fry it until the meat changes colour. Add the water, the kecap and the petis and let it simmer slowly until the meat is nearly done and the sauce is reduced. Mix in the lomboks and cook it a few minutes more.
