Anak Domba Taoco
baked stewed lamb in sauce 

500 gr lamb
125 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
4 spring onions
1 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp taoco
1 tsp five-spice powder
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp cornflour
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into small pieces and mix with the sesame oil and five-spice powder and let it rest for at least 3 hours. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the peppers into strips and the spring onions into pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the meat brown and remove them from the pan. Fry the bumbu for 1 minute and add the peppers and the spring onions and fry until almost cooked. Then add the stock, taoco, the cornstarch and the meat and let it simmer untill the sauce has thickened.
