round cakes with chicken filling
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients batter:
3 eggs
2 cloves garlic
125 gr flour
500 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

150 gr chicken mince
1 tbsp bawang goreng (fried shallots)
2 red lomboks
2 spring onions
1 sprig celery
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
preparation/method:
Slice the garlic very fine. Beat the eggs with the garlic, the flour, the pepper, the salt and the santen and form a batter. Slice the lomboks, the srping onion and the celery fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the mince. add the remaining ingredients and fry it for a few minutes.
Fill baking forms with a layer of batter and add 1 tbsp of the mince mixture and cover it with batter. Bake the cakes in an oven at 160 dregrees Ceslius for 50 minutes until done.
