Kerang masak semboko
Spicy shell fish

500 gr shell fish
½ lemon (kuice)
11 leaves kemangi (lemon basil)
6belimbing (star fruit)
3 green lomboks
3 tbsp oil

5 red onions
3 cloves garlic
3 red lomboks
5 green rawits
1 cm kunyit (turmeric)
2 kemiri (candlenuts)
1/2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Slice the belimbing into small pieces and the lomboks oblique. Sprinkle the shell fish with the lemonjuice and let it rest for 20 minute.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the belimbing, the lomboks and the kemangi and fry it until soft. Then add the shell fish and cook it slowly until the shell fish are cooked, then serve.
