Pencok Ikan
Grilled catfish

2 ikan lele (catfish)
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp kecap manis
4 cloves garlic
3 red lomboks
2 red rawits
1 tbsp gula mereh (palmsugar)
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the garlic, the lomboks, the rawits, the salt and the gula fine into a paste and mix in the kecap and the lime juice. Rub the ikan in with the paste and roast it slowly above a charcoal fire until done.
