fried shrimp/prawns with a spicy sambal

500g prawns
2 limes
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp ketumbar
2 tsp salt
2 tomatoes
3 tablespoons oil
Bahan-bahan sambal:
sambal ingredients:
15 red chilies
9 red rawits
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp shrimp paste
1 tomato
2 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
Cut the tomatoes, lime and garlic into thin slices. Mix the garlic with the prawns, the ketumbar and salt and let it stand for at least 1 hour. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shrimp until done.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the sambal into a paste and serve with the prawns and slices of lime and tomato.
