Tumis Kerang
fried mussels

2000 gr mussels
6 cloves garlic
1 sereh (lemongrass)
2 cm jahe (ginger)
1 tbsp sambal ulek (see recipe)
1 tsp trasi (shrimp paste)
2 tbsp kecap manis (sweet dark soy sauce)
1 tbp fish sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 tbsp oil

3 spring onions

cara membuat:
Clean the mussels. Slice the garlic fine and grate the jahe. Chop the spring onions fine. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Add the jahe and the sereh and then the mussels and fry thes while stirring. Add the sambal, the trasi, the kecap and the fishsauce and fry the mussels until done. Add the salt, the pepper, the sesame oil and the lime juice. Garnish it with the spring onions and serve.
