fried mackerel in a spicy red sauce
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
3 mackerel
2 tomatoes
1 tsp palmsugar
2 tbsp rice vinager
3 sala leaves
3 jeruk purut leaves
1 tsp salt
6 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 cm jahe (ginger)
3 shallots
4 cm laos (galangal)
4 cloves garlic
2 red lomboks
1 red rawit
Cara membuat:
preparation/method:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the mackerel brown and done. Remove the fish and put them on a plate.
Add the bumbu and fry it for 3 minutes. Then add the salan, the jeruk purut, the tomatoes, the palmsugar, the salt and the rice vinager and let it simmer slowly for 5 minutes. Pour the sauce on top of the fisch and serve.
