Udang Sedap
tiger shrimps in a sweet honey/kecap sauce
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr tigershrimps
5 cloves garlic
1 cm jahe (ginger)
3 tbsp kecap manis (sweet dark soy sauce)
4 tbsp honey
1 tbsp oystersauce
2 red rawits
1/2 tsp salt
1.2 tsp pepper
2 spring onions
2 tbsp oil
Cara membuat;
preperation/method:
Grate the ginger and slice the garlic and the rawits fine. Slice the spring onions into pieces. Mix the kecap, the honey and the rawits together with half of the garlic and the jahe. Add the shrimp and let it marinate for at leat 2 hours.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic and the jahe. Add the oystersauce followed by the shrimps, the marinate and the spring-onions and fry it until the shrimps are done. Mix in the salt and pepper and serve.
