Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
750 gr prawns/shrimp
150 gr cashew nuts
6 dried lomboks, soaked
5 cloves of garlic
2 cm jahe
1/2 tsp pepper
2 spring onions
2 tbsp oil
Bahan saus:
sauce ingredients:
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp saus tomat (see recipe)
1 tbsp kecap asin
1 tsp saus sambal (see recipe)
1 tsp cornflour
100ml water
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean and peel the prawns/shrimp but leave the tail and cut the back open. Cut the lomboks into pieces and the spring onion into 2 cm long pieces. Finely chop the garlic and grate the jahe. Mix the ingredients for the sauce well.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and the jahe for 1 minute. Then add the lomboks and the pepper and mix well.
Then add the prawns/shrimp and the sauce and stir until the prawns/shrimp change color and bring to the boil.
Then mix in the spring onion and cashew nuts and serve.
