Udang Ijo
Green shrimps

500 gr gambas / tiger prawns
1 tsp salt
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
6 green lomboks
1 tbsp of lime juice
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 jeruk purut leaves
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp kecap manis

Cara Membuat:
Clean the gambas. Cut the shalots, garlic and lamboks into thin slices. Mix the gambas with the salt and let it rest 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the gambas until they change color and set aside. Heat in a pan 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the shallots, garlic and jeruk purut for 3 minutes. Then add the lomboks, the kecap, pepper and palm sugar and fry for 1 minute. Then add the gambas and mix well. Add the lime juice and fry the gambas until done while stirring.
