Udang Masak Cabik
Spicy stewed shrimps
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
100 gr large shrimp/prawns
5 tbsp oil
1 tbsp palm sugar
2 tamarind dissolved in 4 tbsp of water
125 ml of hot water
Haluskan:
bumbu:
10 red rawits
5 red lomboks
1/2 tsp terasi / trasi
7 shallots
1/2 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the shrimp and remove the head. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the shrimp and fry until they change color.
Then add the palm sugar and the asam water and mix well. Then add the water and continue cooking until the sauce thickens. Serve.
