Jambal Asin Masak Santan
fried fish in coconut milk
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr ikan jambal asin, otherwise salted pike
4 red rawits
1 salam leaf
1 tsp palm sugar
250 ml coconut milk (from 1.2 coconut)
oil
water
Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp terasi / trasi
2 cm lengkuas / galangal
Cara membuat:
preparation:
First soak the fish in warm water until it has softened. Then drain and cut into cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden brown and done and set aside. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the rawits into thin rings.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the rawits and salam for 3 minutes. Then add the palm sugar and coconut milk and bring to the boil while stirring. Then add the fish and cook it gently until the sauce has thickened and the moisture has almost evaporated. Serve.
