Sate of mackerel with a fresh sauce
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
350 grams of mackerel (fillet)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp oil
10 skewers
Bahan sauce:
Ingredients sauce:
250 ml coconut milk
2 salam leaves
2 cm laos
1 tsp asam/tamarind + 1 tablespoon of water
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
5 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
4 cm kencur
1 red lombok
2 red rawits
1 tomato
3 kemiri/candlenuts
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the fish into cubes of 2cm and sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon juice and let it rest for 15 minutes. Put the fish onto the skewers and roast the fish over a charcoal fire until brown and cooked.
Cara Membuat Sauce:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Grate the laos. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the laos and the salam for 4 minutes. Add the coconut milk, salt, palm sugar and asamwater and bring while stirring to the boil. Pour the sauce over the sate and serve.
