Udang Bumbu Kemangi
fried shrimps seasoned with kemangi

400 gr shrimp/prawns
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp lime, juice
2 cm lengkuas / galangal / laos
1 cm jahe
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
25 gr kemangi
150 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

7 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
3 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
3 kemiri nuts

Cara membuat:
Rub the shrimps/prawns with the salt and lime juice and let it marinate for at least 20 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
In a pan, heat the oil and fry the bumbu together with the jahe and the galangal for 5 minutes. Then add the shrimp/prawns and fry until they change color.
Then add the salt, palm sugar and water and mix well and cook until the sauce thickens. Then mix in the kemangi
and serve.
