Bawal Goreng Saus Tomat
fried fish in spicy tomato sauce

4 pomfret / haddock
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp lime, juice
1 onion
2 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 tomatoes
2 tbsp saus tomat (see recipe)
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp pepper
200 ml chicken stock (see recipe)

Cara membuat:
Clean the fish and rub it with the salt, pepper and lime juice and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the fish half done and set aside.
Chop the shallots and the garlic. Cut the onion and tomatoes into small cubes.
In a pan, heat 4 tbsp of the used oil and sauté the onion, shallots and garlic for 3 minutes. Then add the tomatoes, the tomato sauce, the salt and the pepper and mix well. Then add the stock and bring to a boil.
Then add the fish and continue to cook until done and until the sauce has thickened. Serve.
