Bandeng Goreng Bumbu Bali

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
600 gr milk fish, otherwise salmon or red mullet
1 lime, juice
2 tbsp kecap manis
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
6 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
12 red lomboks
1/2 tomato
2 cm jahe
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the fish and cut it into pieces and rub it with the lime juice. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden brown and set aside.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the kecap and mix well. Then add the fish and fry until the moisture has almost evaporated. Serve.
