stewed tuna in spicy sauce
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr ikan tongkol / mackarel tuna / tuna
50 ml of water
2 cm lengkuas / galangal / laos
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
2 salam leaf
2 jeruk purut leaves
1 kunyit leaf
2 asam kandis or 4 belimbing wuluh
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
2 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the fish into 4 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the asam kandis, the serai, the salam, the jeruk purut, the kunyit leaf and the water and mix well.
Then add the fish and cook until done.
