fried shrimp/prawns in a jacket
200 gr large shrimp/prawns
150 gr of flour
50 sago flour
250 ml of thin coconut milk (encer)
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp salt
Peel the prawns and cut into 3 pieces or halve (depending on the size). Mince the garlic and shallots coarsely.
Mix the flour, sago, egg, shallots, garlic, pepper, salt and coconut milk well together and form a batter. Then mix in the shrimp.
Heat in one pan the oil and fry 1 tbsp eachtime of the mixture until golden brown and done.
