200 gr of tuna
4 tbsp raw peanuts
5 red rawits
4 sprigs of kemangi
2 lemon cui / calimansi, else lime
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp coconut oil
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the peanuts until golden brown and let them drain afterwards. Chop the peanuts coarsely.
Cut the tuna into cubes. Chop the rawits, the kemangi and the shallots coarsely.
Rub the tuna with the lime juice and the salt and then mix in the kemangi, the rawits, the shallots and the peanuts.
Warm or heat the oil to your preference and then mix it through the tuna. Serve.
