fried or roasted seasoned squid
500 g of squid
1 lime, juice
5 red rawits
3 cm Lengkuas / galangal, grated
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
Clean the squid and remove the hard parts. Rub the squid with the lime juice and leave it for 15 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the bumbu with the squid and thread it on the skewers. Rub the squid in with oil and fry or roast it until done.
