Bajabu bale
dry fried grilled spiced fish

3 ikan Gabus / catfish (800 gr)
300 ml santen asli
3oo ml grated coconut
2 shallots
4 tablespoons oil
2 tsp ketumbar
1cm kunyit
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 / tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
Cara membuat:
Grill the fish over a charcoal fire until cooked and brown. Shred the fish. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the shallots into thin slices.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots for 3 minutes. Add the coconut together with the paste and fry until dry. Add the fish, the santen, salt, pepper and the palm sugar and fry it dry. Then serve.
