Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
2 ikan patin / pangasius
350 ml of coconut milk
2 asam kandis
2 salam leaves
2 serai / sereh / lemongrass
1/2 tsp salt
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
5 cm jahe
3 cm kunyit
1 tsp ketumbar
10 green lomboks
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the fish and cut them into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the coconut milk together with the bumbu, the asam kandis, the salam, the serai and the salt and bring to the boil. Then add the fish and cook slowly until done. Serve.
