steamed spicy shrimps

300 gr large shrimp
4 cloves of garlic
3 shallots
3 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
6 green rawits
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass, white part
2 cm jahe
3 jeruk purut leaves
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
75 ml of water
1/2 teaspoon lime juice

Cara membuat:
Clean the shrimp and butterfly. Cut the shallots, the garlic and the keriting into thin slices. Cut the rawits into pieces. Grate the jahe. Mix all ingredients well and steam for 20 minutes until done. Then mix in the lime juice and serve.
