fried shrimp with eggplant

300g prawns
3 salam leaves
3 red chilies
2 green chilies
4 Honje / kecombrang sheet
150g eggplant
150 ml water
1/4 tsp palm sugar
1 1/4 tsp salt
4 belimbing
50 g tekokak / Mini eggplant / rimbang
2 tablespoons oil
5 red chilies
4 cloves garlic
4 shallots
3cm kunyit
1cm jahe
1 tsp ketumbar
1/4 teaspoon jinten
Cara membuat:
Peel the prawns but leave the tails. Cut the chilies, the honje and eggplant into small pieces, also cut the belimbing into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam for 4 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook until it changes color. Add the chilies, honje leaf and eggplant and cook for 3 minutes. Then add the water, salt and palm sugar and bring to a boil. Finally add the tekokak and belimbing and cook until tender.
