Otak-otak Gabus
fish rolls with peanut sambal

200g fishmeat (perch)
50 g minced chicken
1 egg
1 spring onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
2 tsp palmsugar
75 ml of ice water
40g cornflour / sago
15 pieces of banana leaf
Bahan sambal:
sambal ingredients:
3 tbsp peanuts
2 red chillies
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp palm sugar
100ml warm water
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the spring onions and the garlic. Mix it with the fish meat, minced meat, egg, salt, palm sugar, the ice water until smooth. Add the flour and stir well. Divide into 15 portions and spoon the portions on a piece of banana leaf and fold it closed as a packet. Steam the packages for 25 minutes until cooked. Serve with the sambal.
Preparation sambal:
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the chillies and garlic for 2 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the sambal fine into a paste / sauce
