Bahan-bahan:

6 catfish fillets

3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
3 kemiri notes
3 tablespoons kecap manis
1/2 teel salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
50 ml oil

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Marinate the fish with salt, pepper and lime juice for at least 20 minutes. Roast the shallots, garlic, lomboks and kemiri dry in a skillet and pound or grind it with salt, pepper and kecap into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish on the skin and set aside. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Add the fish and fry for another 2 minutes. Serve the fish with the sambal.
