Sambal Udang Campur Petai
fried spicy prawns
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
600 grams of shrimp/prawns
15 peteh beans
2 tbsp asamwater
2 sprigs kemangi
4 sereh / lemongrass
4 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
6 red lomboks
6 red rawits
7 cloves of garlic
5 shallots
3 cm kunyit
1 tbsp trasi
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
Cara Membuat:
preparation
Clean the shrimps/prawns. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the sereh for 4 minutes. Add the shrimp and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the peteh, salt, palm sugar and asamwater and mix well. Spoon in the kemangi leaves and serve.
