tub gurnard in red sauce

5 small tub gurnard
9 red onions
5 green rawits (small chilies)
1 tomato
2 tbsp lime juice
400 ml water
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 cm laos (galangal)
1 lemongrass
salt to taste

preperation/method:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a pasta. Cut the onions and the rawits very thinly and mash the tomato. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the onions and the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the tomato, the water, the rawits and the lime juice. Add the fish and let it simmer slowly until the fish is cooked. Put the fish on a plate and pour the sauce on top and serve.
