Tauco Udang Cabe Hijau
shrimp and green pepper with tauco sauce
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 grams shrimp/prawns
500 gr cabe besar hijau / anaheim peppers (mild chili peppers)
100 gr leunca
1 sereh / lemongrass
2 salam leaf
2 tbsp tauco
1 tbsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tomato
250 ml water
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
4 red lomboks
3 cm jahe
3 cm laos
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Clean the shrimp/prawns but leave the tail on. Cut the peppers into slanting slices and the tomato into small pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu together with the sereh and the salam for 4 minutes. Then add the peppers and leunca and fry until the peppers are soft. Then add the tauco, the salt, the palm sugar and the water and bring to the boil. Add the tomato, mix well and cook for 30 seconds. Add the shrimps and cook until shrimps turn pink. Serve.
