Semur Ikan Nila Jagung
Tilapia with corn in sauce

600 gr tilapia
2 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp oil
3 cm laos
2 sereh / lemongrass
3 salam leaves
750 ml of water
5 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp asamwater
100 gr corn

4 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
2 cm jahe
4 cm kunyit
1 tbsp ketumbar
1 tsp salt

Cara Membuat:
Clean the fish and cut into pieces and sprinkle with the lime juice and salt and allow for 15 minutes to rest. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the sereh, the laos and the salam for 4 minutes. Add the water and the fish and bring to the boil. Then add the kecap, the asam water and the corn and cook slowly until done.
