Semur Bandeng Tauco
Fried fish in spicy sauce
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
2 ikan bandeng / milkfish, else salmon or red gurnard (350 gr)
1/2 tsp salt
oil
450 ml of water
5 tbsp kecap manis
4 tbsp tauco
2 red lomboks
2 green lomboks
1 spring onion
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
5 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
4 kemiri/candlenuts
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Clean the fish and cut each in 3 pieces. Sprinkle with salt and leave for 10 minutes. Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the fish golden brown and cooked and set aside.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu to a paste. Cut the lomboks and spring onion into thick slices. Heat in a pan 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Add the water and the kecap and bring to the boil. Then add the tauco, the lomboks, the spring onion and the fish and cook it slowly until the sauce thickens.
