Semur Kerang Hijau
Spiced stewed mussels
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
1000 gr kerang hijau / Perna viridis / green mussels, else mussels
2 sereh / lemon grass
6 belimbing wuluh
6 jeruk purut leaves
10 tbsp kecap manis
500 ml coconut water
500 ml water
8 red rawits
1/2 tsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp palm sugar
3 cloves
1 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 kemiri/candlenuts
2 tsp trassi / shrimp paste
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Slice the belimbing lengthwise. Clean the mussels.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the sereh, the jeruk purut, the rawits and the belimbing for 4 minutes. Add the coconut water and the water and stir well. Then add the kecaps, pepper, nutmeg, palm sugar and cloves and bring to the boil. Then add the mussels and cook them slowly until done.
