Spicy fried prawns

350 gr large shrimps/prawns
1 lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
3 shallots
7 cloves of garlic
2 red lomboks
6 jeruk purut leaves
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 sprig of coriander/cilantro

Cara Membuat:
Clean the shrimps but leave the head and the tail. Marinate the shrimp with the lime juice and salt for at least 15 minutes. Rinse off and drain.
Cut the shallots, garlic, lamboks and jeruk purut finely. Chop the coriander leaves roughly.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, garlic, lomboks and jeruk purut for 3 minutes. Add the kecap, the palm sugar and the pepper, mix well and bring to the boil. Then add the prawns and fry them until done. Spoon in the coriander and serve.
