Bacem Daging Gurih
dry-stewed seasoned beef

250 gr of beef
1 tbsp butter
1 egg
250 ml of water
3 cloves
3 cm of cinnamon

13 cloves of garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into 5 thin slices. Beat the egg. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Mix the meat with the bumbu, egg, clove and cinnamon. Heat the butter in a pan and place the meat in the pan and cook on a low heat until the moisture is released.
Add the water and continue cooking until the moisture has evaporated. Serve.
