fried Chinese vegetable
1 Ton Ho Chai (Chinise leave vegetable)
3 galic cloves
2 tbsp oil
2 tbps light soy sauce (kecap asin)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp palmsugar
Slice the garlic fine and clean the cabbage. Heat the oil in a wok and put in the garlic. Fry it for 20 seconds and put in the rest of the ingrediënts. Fry it all for aout 30 seconds and serve.
can be used as a side dish.
