Ikan Nila Goreng Lengkuas

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500g tilapia
100g laos / lengkuas
50 ml of water
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
6 shallots
4 cloves garlic
3 candlenuts
2 cm kunyit
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Grate the laos and mix it with the water and the paste. Marinade the fish with it for at least 25 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish with the marinade together until golden brown and done.
