Ikan Gurame Bakar
Seasoned roasted fish with spicy kecap sauce

800 gr carp / trout / goerami
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp asamwater
5 tbsp kecap manis
3 tbsp oil

5 red lomboks
2 red rawits
5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 tsp ketumbar
2 cm jahe
1 tsp salt

Bahan Sambal Kecap:
Ingredients kecap sauce:
5 tbsp kecap manis
1 tomato
5 red rawits
5 green rawits
1 shallot
1/2 tsp lime juice

Cara Membuat:
Rub the fish in with the salt and lemon juice and let it rest for 15 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumble into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Then mix in the asam water and the kecap and rub the fish in with it.
Then roast the fish over a charcoal fire until brown and cooked and bask regularly with the marinade.
Serve it with the sambal kecap sauce.

Sambal Kecap:
Cut the rawits into thin slices. Deseed the tomato and cut it finely. Cut the shallot fine y and mix all ingredients well together.
