Spicy shrimps with chives

Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
300 g large shrimps/prawns
50 gr chives
10 peteh beans
1 tbsp asamwater
3 tsp salt
1 tsp of palm sugar
Banana leaves

Haluskan:
Bumbu:
8 red lomboks/chilies, seeded
6 shallots
2 tomatoes
1/2 tsp trassi/shrimp paste

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Peel the prawns and halve the peteh beans. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste and mix it with all the other ingredients. Divide the mass into 6 servings and pack it in a banana leaf. Steam the packages for 25 minutes until done.
