Cah Udang Cabai
Fried shrimps in chili sauce

Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
300 g large shrimps/prawns
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion
4 red lomboks
2 cm jahe
1 spring onion
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp saus tomat (see recipe)
2 tsp saus sambal (see recipe)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
200 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Peel the shrimps and clean them but leave the tail. Slice the garlic and the onion finely and coarsely chop the chilies. Cut the spring onion into slanted pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, onion and chilies for 3 minutes. then add the shrimp and fry until they change colour. Then add the oyster sauce, the saus tomat, the saus sambal, salt and pepper and mix well. Then add the water and cook until done. Spoon in the spring onion and serve.
