Bahana-bahan:
ingredients:
500g tuna
1 lime (juice)
1/2 tsp salt
4 cloves garlic
1 mango kweni / Mangifera odorata / kwini
1 tomato
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
75 ml of hot water
Haluskan:
bumbu:
1 tsp shrimp paste
6 shallots
4 red chilies
Cara membuat:
Preparation:
Coarsely chop the garlic and marinate with salt and lime juice the fish and let it rest for 15 minutes. Cut the Mangifera odorata and the tomato julliene. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Grill the fish over a charcoal fire until cooked and shred the fish. Mix the Mangifera odorata with tomato and the fish. Then mix in the paste and water, followed by the salt and palm sugar. Mix well together and serve.
