Pindang Cuwe Balut Sambal

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
5 ikan pindang (cuwe) / small horse mackerel
6 jeruk purut
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
150 ml water
2 spring onions
2 tablespoons oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 red chilies, seeded
5 red rawits
3 cloves garlic
5 shallots
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the fish and steam it until tender. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the jeruk purut into strips and the spring onions into pieces. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Add the fish and mix well. Then add the water, salt, pepper, palm sugar and onions and cook slowly until well blended and the sauce has thickened.
